1. Introduction
Welcome to Racer (the “Platform”), operated by Web Fuel Agency Ltd, located athttps://getracer.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
2. Eligibility

3. Accounts and Registration

4. Services Description
Racer is an online platform that brings together event managers and participants (racers and fans) to streamline the process of organizing and engaging in race events. Specifically:
- Event Managers can create and manage racing events, sell tickets, communicate important updates, and interact directly with participants—all in one place.
- Racers can discover upcoming races, register for events, join discussions, ask questions, and share their experiences with the community.
- Fans and Followers can keep track of their favorite events, engage with other community members, and receive real-time updates.
Racer serves solely as a technology platform to facilitate communication and event organization. We do not sponsor, oversee, or control the actual racing events. Any contract or agreement for participation in an event is strictly between the event manager and the participant. We are not responsible for the organization, safety, or conduct of any in-person event.
5. User Conduct
When using the Services, you agree to:
- Comply with all laws and regulations: You will not use Racer for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Respect other users: You will not engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, or defamatory conduct.
- Not post prohibited content: You will not post or transmit content that is obscene, abusive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Avoid disruptions: You will not interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services, including by transmitting viruses or malicious code.
- Not misrepresent affiliation: You will not pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content, features, and functionality on the Platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/video clips, digital downloads, and software) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
- Responsibility for Content: You may be able to create, upload, or post content (e.g., comments, photos) on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
- Rights Granted to Racer: By posting content, you grant Racer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your content in connection with the Services.
- Content Removal: We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, or remove user-generated content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
8. Ticket Sales and Financial Transactions
- Event Management: Racer may provide tools that enable event managers to sell tickets directly to participants. The event manager is responsible for setting the ticket price, providing event details, and fulfilling any obligations related to the event.
- Payment Processing: Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Any refunds or cancellations are subject to the specific policies set by the event manager. Racer does not oversee or control individual event refund policies. We encourage you to review the event’s terms before purchasing tickets.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services (collectively, “Third-Party Services”). We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Services. Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- As Is and As Available: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the information provided is accurate or reliable.
- Event Safety and Logistics: We are not responsible for the safety, organization, or execution of any events facilitated through our Platform. Participation in any event is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Indirect Damages: In no event shall Racer (or its affiliates, directors, employees) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
- Monetary Cap: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for access to the Services (if applicable) or [USD amount], whichever is lower.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Racer and its affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
